This summer we used Cherokee self storage to store our belongings from our house in Maine and then to store our boat. After the first two loads were in the unit we knew we couldn't put the boat in there so I called for our options. We thought at the time only indoor units were available and were willing to spend the extra extra money for it. So our boat and belongings would be safe. When I called to I quite about more storage I spoke with Joe and he was amazing. We went through several options because I didn't know how much more stuff my husband was bringing and Joe was willing to go above and over the call of duty to make sure we had the appropriate amount of storage without having to spend an arm and a leg. Rather than let us just go with the indoor unit he had an outdoor space available for much less and offered that to us right away. He was such a pleasure to work with, as well as the woman we first met when we started our storage journey. Thank you Joe and Cherokee self storage for the amazing customer service and the sage and clean place to store our belongings.

Ron and I were very happy over the last 3 years storing our camper there. Easy in and out access. Working with management was great. Felt safe by their security plus being behind the state police station.

Good location off of Ohio 32 in Batavia. Location is clean and different sized units Price is reasonable but be sure to check on any specials. One downside is they don't have any trash containers there.
